These terms govern your access to and use of the Sportsmen Adventures platform, including expedition bookings, training programs, and all related services. By registering or joining any activity, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Sportsmen Adventures organizes guided trekking expeditions, river rafting programs, rock climbing workshops, and wilderness survival training across Himalayan trails, Western Ghats routes, and coastal adventure circuits. All activities are led by certified outdoor instructors. We provide structured skill-building camps, gear selection guidance, and safety-first expedition planning. Our services are limited to the programs explicitly listed on this website at the time of booking.
Every participant must provide accurate health and fitness information before joining any expedition or workshop. You are responsible for disclosing pre-existing medical conditions, current medications, and any physical limitations that could affect your safety or the safety of others. Participants must follow instructor directions during all activities, including navigation briefings, campcraft sessions, and high-altitude acclimatization protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
Outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to weather changes, terrain hazards, altitude-related illness, and physical injury. While our certified instructors implement rigorous safety measures, we cannot eliminate all risks. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept them voluntarily. You must carry the recommended safety gear listed in your expedition briefing and attend all mandatory pre-trip orientation sessions.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. Cancellation policies vary by program type and are stated clearly on each expedition page before checkout. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of an approved cancellation request. If Sportsmen Adventures cancels a program due to unsafe weather conditions, government restrictions, or insufficient participant numbers, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
Sportsmen Adventures is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or participant negligence. Our total liability for any claim related to a booked program is limited to the amount you paid for that specific program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

While participating in programs, you agree to treat fellow participants, instructors, and local communities with respect. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate this code of conduct.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
